Food Testing: Dietary Fiber and Blood Glucose

Gut bacteria are important to our health. Recent evidence shows that increasing dietary fiber intake promotes good gut bacteria that may be a key to control our blood sugars. The New Jersey Institute for Food, Nutrition & Health has developed a dietary fiber mix, and is seeking participants to test the effect of this fiber mix on blood glucose control.

You will receive up to $60 for completing a 2-week study.
